Portuguese Reds presented with milestone awards

Manchester United duo Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes were presented with Premier League milestone awards on Tuesday, in recognition of their respective achievements.

Reds full-back Dalot has been acknowledged for making his 100th Premier League appearance, during the recent 2-2 draw with Bournemouth on the south coast.

Dependable Diogo has made 30 of those top-flight outings during the current season alone and the consistent defender is enjoying his best campaign to date.
In-form Diogo has been recognised for 100 Premier League appearances.
Fernandes, meanwhile, received a milestone keepsake for scoring his 50th Premier League goal, in the 2-2 draw with Liverpool at Old Trafford.

The club captain has already enhanced his tally to 52, of course, following a brace at the Vitality Stadium and he is now our joint top scorer for 2023/24 with a tally of 13.
The Portugal internationals received their awards at Carrington on Tuesday afternoon, as the squad continued preparations for Wednesday night's league match against Sheffield United.

Erik ten Hag revealed in his pre-match press conference that Fernandes is managing an “issue with the hand” and, as you can see in our pic with his award, he is wearing a protective sleeve.
Bruno has joined the list of players to score 50 Premier League goals.

Speaking on Tuesday, the manager was confident Bruno would be involved against the Blades.

You can find out if Fernandes starts when the line-up is announced in our app at 19:00 BST.
